We will assign an Account Manager to work with you on all details of your tournament event. Anything you need from the hotels – staff rooms, registration and function space, VIP or special blocks will be communicated through this person.
Taking the Workload Out of Your Hands
Focus on managing your event. We handle EVERYTHING related to hotels – negotiating rates, signing contracts, taking all reservations, and confirming everything with the hotels. We are available onsite during your tournaments (1,000 rooms/night or more) and will have late office hours during your tournaments’ nights of arrival to answer questions and resolve any problems.
Online Access to Your Data
We will give you password protected access to reservation data in our proprietary system, which is always up to date. Stay on top of true and real time bookings.
Handle Big Time Event
We manage housing for some of the most prestigious youth tournaments: NYC Cup, Phoenix Cup, California Cup, Florida Coast Cup, Desert Super Cup, and Los Angeles Cup; just to name a few.
